05 Jun Bloody Mary Flank Steak and Roasted Sweet Pepers
I was at the grocery store one night and got the urge to buy Guy Fieri Bloody Mary Flank Steak pre-packaged. I do not normally like to buy the pre-marinated meats, as I like to do this my self, I had no clue how I would do that; so why not go ahead and get it. Well I cooked it up and it was delish. So I looked the recipe up so I could do this myself and I found it no problem.
What you will need for Bloody mary Flank Steak
Guy Fieri Recipe (double the recipe for extra sauce)
10-12 Sweet peppers
1- Fire Wire
1- Large Size Flank Steak
Step 1: Make marinade (double recipe) and place flank steak in a dish and cover with marinade for 24-48 hours.
Step 2: After 24-48 hours light your grill and get it up to 500 degrees. While the grill is heating up string your sweet peppers onto the Fire Wire and place the extra sauce into your Cast Iron Sauce Cooker.
Step 3: After your grill is up to 500 degrees take the extra sauce and place it on the grill to reduce down by half. (cook the sauce throughout all the rest of this)
Step 4: Place flank steak onto grill and cook approx 7 minutes on each side (or until cooked to your liking)
Step 5: Remove steak and place peppers onto the grill to cook approx 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
Step 6: Remove peppers and sauce
Step 7: Cut steak against the bias and serve with peppers and sauce with the cut steak and enjoy.
